Tam Herbal Laxative offers an effective natural laxative with ingredients such
as cascara sagrada and sennosides in a base of fennel seed, uva ursi, unicorn
root, buckthorn bark, plasdone, croscarmallosse sodium, and colloidal silicon
dioxide. The active ingredients are grown naturally. For relief of occasional
constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movements
in 6 to 12 hours.

Directions:

For adults, take two (2) tablets three times daily, or six (6) tablets at night
before retiring. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you
take with your health care providers.
