Blood Sugar EZ is a proprietary blend that provides the nutritional support needed to maintain balanced blood glucose metabolism. In the Ayurvedic tradition Gymnema sylvestre, known as Gud - mar (Sugar Killer), is used to support healthy blood glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride levels within a normal range. The leaf contains a blood-normalizing constituent called gymnemic acid which helps stimulate the healthy secretion of insulin and has also shown to have a regenerative effect on the pancreatic Beta cells.

As organ functions can be strained by unhealthy blood glucose levels, Gokshur (Tribulus terrestris) is added to support healthy liver and kidney functions as well as the cardiovascular and immune systems. Elevated blood sugar creates free radicals in the body that can damage internal organs and interfere in their physiological functions. Turmeric and Amalaki provide the antioxidant support to counteract free radicals. Turmeric contains curcumin, which helps to neutralize reactive oxygen and support healthy sugar metabolism. Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit is used for its preventive and health restorative properties.

In addition, high stress can also interfere with the healthy metabolism of sugar in the body and lead to serious imbalances. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is extensively used in Ayurveda as a general tonic and "adaptogen", helping the body adapt to stress. Since healthy digestion is also critical to balanced blood sugar, Bael (Aegle marmelos) fruit is incorporated to improve digestion.
