Suggested Use:

2-Day Quick Cleanse: Take 3 capsules Friday night, 3 capsules Saturday morning, 3 capsules Saturday night, and 3 capsules Sunday morning. Best if taken after a meal.


Daily Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily.


Detailed Use: Because each person is unique, you may react different to FlushMe. For daily use, it is best to begin by taking 2 capsules after dinner and observe the amount and frequency of your bowel movements. If there has been no noticeable change, take 3 or more capsules after dinner on the second day. Repeat to find the optimum dosage to fit your specific goals.
