Glucosamines are produced in the body and are the natural building blocks of the connective tissues. Two capsules contain:

Calcium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) 100 mg

Magnesium (as Sulfate) 50 mg

Sodium 5 mg

Potassium (as Sulfate) 150 mg

N-Acetyl Glucosamine 150 mg

Glucosamine HCl 500 mg

Glucosamine Sulfate 350 mg

Silicon (Horsetail Rush) 6 mg

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, sodium chloride.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with meals for 2 weeks, then take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with meals.
