This advanced formula contains Isoflavones (from soybeans) and Resveratrol. Both are almost identical in chemical structure to the estrogen produced by women. As a phytoestrogen, Resveratrol supports bone health, provides antioxidant protection, and supports cardiovascular health.

Natural Transition also provides Black Cohosh and the essential fatty acid, GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) for support of estrogen production and Vitamin E for cardiovascular health. Calcium and Lysine are added to support proper bone health along with L-Theanine for increased concentration and focus, as well as reduced irritability.

Directions:

Take 2 Natural Transition capsules in the AM and 2 capsules in the PM.
