1 cup Bob's Red Mill Sifted Oat Flour
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal
1/2 cup butter
6 Tbsp. Maple Sugar or Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven at 300°. Grease cookie sheet, set aside. With a hand mixer, blend the butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the almond meal and the oat flour and mix until the dough sticks together. Form the dough into 1 1/2' balls. Place them on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely before enjoying. Yield: 2 Dozen.
