For traditional Sushi recipes, first prepare the Lundberg Sushi Rice according to the recipe found on this package. For a simple yet elegant salad, add 1 cup chopped carrots, cucumbers, green onions, seaweed (nori or kombu) to prepared Sushi Rice, 1/4 cup finely grated fresh ginger, garnish with toasted sesame seeds, then serve with Tamari or soy sauce.
