Bear Mush, Hot Cereal, 12 Pack, 24 oz (1.5 lb) (680 g), From Arrowhead Mills

Microwave

1. Place ingredients in narrow, tall microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for the minutes above, or until desired consistency.

Stove Top

1. Add Bear Mush Cereal to water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until desired consistency.

(For thicker Bear Mush, decrease water. For thinner Bear Mush, increase water.)

Serving Suggestions: Serve with honey, fruit, milk, or seasoning of choice.

Bear Mush Waffles

Makes 4 to 5 Waffles

• 1 1/2 cups Arrowhead Mills Bear Mush
• 1/2 cup Arrowhead Mills Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 Hain sea Salt (optional)
• 1 cup milk, or WestSoy Soymilk
• 1 egg beaten, or egg substitute
• 1/4 cup Hain Canola Oil
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey

Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with mixer. Bake on hot Waffle iron until steaming stops and waffle iron manufacturer's directions.
