Suggested Use:

One tablet,or more, taken before or with milk products., provides suitable enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of the following foods (since the need for lactase and rennin differs with the individual, requirements may vary): 4 ounces of milk - or 5 ounces of yogurt - or 4 ounces of buttermilk - or 4 ounces of kefir - or 8 ounces of cottage cheese.
