Directions:

Take 2 capsules twice daily with water for first 4 weeks. Thereafter, 1 capsule twice daily. Dosage to be taken in the morning and 30 minutes before retiring at night. Initial reduction of discomfort should be experienced within 10 days, with maximum reduction of discomfort occurring after 4 weeks.
