Ingredients: Eggwhite Powder (instantized), Xylitol, Natural Vanilla Flavors, BetterStevia™ [Organic Stevia Extract (Stevia rebaudiana) (Leaf), Natural Citrus Flavor and Soy Lecithin (<1%). Contains egg and soy derivatives.

Contains no: salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, shellfish or preservaties.

This Eggwhite Powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Thereofre, biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.

Suggested Usage:

Mix 1 level scoop (28 g) daily into 8 oz. of cold water, milk, or your favorite juice. Also consider adding NOW® Flax Seed Oil for enhanced nutritional benefit.
