Directions

Take two to three Cranberry Fruit capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes. For intensive use take four to five capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes. We recommend drinking a full eight ounce glass of water when taking Cranberry capsules, and drinking 6-8 glasses of water or other liquids each day.
