Suggested Use:
Place one rounded tablespoon in a glass. Add approx. 4 oz. of hot or boiling water and stir until dissolved. Fill glass with warm water and enjoy like a hot tea. May be taken more than once per day, at any time of day.
Warning: If loose bowels occur, decrease dose until bowel activity normalizes.
Use CalMag formula only when a person fails to get results from Natural Calm. This formula is best suited to anyone who does not have a magnesium deficiency (already corrected) but has a calcium deficiency. A calcium deficiency can create similar symptoms.
