I was kept informed about the process via e-mail and also had a link to check the order status. The only set back I had was the fact that the shipping company sent the package to a wrong location which delayed the delivery on the items. Once I received the package, everything was complete and as ordered. Pricing was also a big plus for me since I did research the items in several other stores. I was not able to find any other store with a better offer on the same items. Shipping was also free after an amount was reached. I did not have to call customer service so I can not rate it.
