Our Herbal Hotties Booties is designed to warm and soothe aching feet while you relax in comfort. Use it to help 'warm up' during the cold winter months or to help with circulation problems that leave you with perpetually cold feet. Soothe away aches and arthritic pain, use with pedicures, or simply relieve cold and tired feet.



Removable packets are filled with food-grade buckwheat seeds & fragrance blend that can be heated or cooled and the fresh plant herbs Cinnamon to calm, Clove to comfort, and Eucalyptus to revitalize. Buckwheat seeds provides a unique heat retaining property that warms your toes while gently massaging acupressure points in your feet to deepen the relaxation experience and improve circulation. One size fits all.

Instructions on Use:


Heat Therapy:

Place in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes intervals until optimal warmth is achieved. Always test temperature before using. Wrap should feel warm or desired comfort. If overheated or too hot to the touch, allow to cool before use as overheating may cause burns.



Cold Therapy:

Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer at least 30 minutes. May be left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use.



Care: Remove cover and machine wash cold. Hang to dry. Do not get grain pack wet.
