VitaDigest Return Policy


All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM PST). If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

  • All UNOPENED returns (excluding clothing, costumes, jewelry, and fragrance) covered under our 30-day Money Back are subject to the following condition:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by VitaDigest must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.
    • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30-days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
    • Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc.
    • All products must be returned in “sellable" condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
    • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
    • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it.
    • In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off your total refund.
    • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
    • Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.
    • If paying by Money Order only Store Credit will be issued.
    Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise (If not reported in two business days of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited.) NO Exception!!!

    • In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please call us immediately and directly at 1-877-848-2168 so we can send you a “call tag" to have the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense. VitaDigest.com
    • If you received the incorrect item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items. If the item is open there is no replacement.
    • All damaged goods must be reported to VitaDigest within two business days of delivery. Any damage not reported within 2 business days of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited. Keep all original packaging as we require return of the damaged goods.
    • No restocking fee, full refund applicable

    • All products must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
    Return reason: Received the correct product/s, opened the product and do not like the flavor or is not effective to you.

    • Some manufactures provide warranty on their products, but they must be contacted directly.

    • We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. It is solely up to your FedEx/USPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.
    • If your package was delivered, and shipping company confirmed it we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.
    • No Refund Applicable
    Return reason: Melted Bars and Damages from Package Left Outside.

    • During the warmer months there are increased problems with protein bars melting. We are NOT responsible for the melting of protein bars after they leave our office. Once your order leaves our premises, the weather and handling and delivery is out of our control. We can file a claim with UPS and the melted bars are often reimbursed by UPS after UPS inspects and verifies the bars are melted.
    • No returns or credits are available on any products or protein bars because package contents have been left on your porch or outside, and damaged by heat, bad weather, or insects. Therefore, if you are not going to be home when your package arrives, we suggest having your order shipped to your place of business or to a neighbor's home, or anywhere that it can be taken inside immediately. UPS will not usually reimburse for claims of melted bars or damaged products for any reason if your box was left on your porch or outside because no one was home or someone didn't answer the door.
    • If your order containing protein bars has been in the heat for any length of time, unpack your box, and without touching or smashing individual bars, place the boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition, although they might not be quite as pretty. For additonal cost you can add ice packs in your order to prevent your bars from melting.

    RETURN POLICY FOR GROCERY & FOOD ITEMS

    All grocery and food items are FINAL SALE.


  • Perishable Products such as chocolate, tea, honey, sugar, gift boxes and other food items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Due to State Health Regulation all frozen, refrigerated, opened and fresh made items are Final Sale.
  • We regret that final sale, opened food and personal care items cannot be returned. Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error.
  • No Returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise, Food Items or Holiday Merchanidse unless defective.

RETURN POLICY FOR CLOTHING, LINGERIE, SHOES & INTIMACY ACCESSORY ITEMS

If you are not satisfied with your unworn clothing or unopened item(s) you may return it for a refund within 15 days of receiving the order.


Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by VitaDigest must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.
  • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the original shipped date.
  • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on worn items. VitaDigest define worn items as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their original packaging, have tags removed, worn, washed or torn.
  • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on ALL COSTUMES, LIBERATOR, and SEASONAL ITEM.
  • Due to State Health Regulation all bikinis, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, men's briefs, boxer shorts, other intimately worn apparel and intimacy vibrator and massager are not returnable for refund nor exchange.
  • Massagers, Vibrator and Attachments are NOT returnable or exchangeable!!! Electronic items can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturer defect, and in such case, the defective item will be replaced with the same item. No refund will be issue.
  • We apologize that the product that you have received from us was either defective/damaged. In this case you will have to send the product back to us for testing and after we have tested the unit we will then reship you another unit. No credit can be issued for defective/damage items.
  • Videos may only be returned if unopened (still in the plastic wrap).
  • A "35% Restocking Fee" will be charged for all clothing, lingerie, shoes, costumes and accessory returns.
  • Please note that we do not issue call tags. All returns must be prepaid. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused. Buyer are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.

RETURN POLICY FOR TITANIUM, TUNGSTEN & FINE JEWELRY

If you are not satisfied with your unworn jewelry or unopened item(s) you may return it for a refund within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by VitaDigest must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.
  • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the original shipped date.
  • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on worn, scratched, nicked, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered or damaged in any way. VitaDigest define worn items as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their original packaging, altered or damaged in any way.
  • At this time we do not offer engraving on our jewelry. If an item has been engraved we will not accept a return on that item.
  • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on SPECIAL ORDERED JEWELRY. All diamond rings are made-to-order and are non-returnable or exchange. Therefore you must make sure of your ring size before ordering.
  • A "45% Restocking Fee" will be charged for all stainless steel, titanium and tungsten jewelry.
  • Please note that we do not issue call tags. All returns must be prepaid. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused. Buyer are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.

RETURN POLICY FOR PERFUMES AND COLOGNES


  • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on PERFUMES AND FRAGRANCE due to State Health Regulation.

    Include a copy of your VitaDigest invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a TRACKABLE method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation). We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.
