UPS & Fedex Shipping
All Standard Overnight shipments will be delivered to the
customer no later than 5:30pm (PST) the day after your order has been
processed. All UPS & Fedex shipping occurs on BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday)
only unless otherwise specified.
Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 48 hours to
process before shipping. Please call Customer Service for assistance at
1-877-848-2168 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line.
UPS & FedEx orders are expedited for same day shipments
whenever possible. Please be sure to provide a phone number and/or email
address that we can use to contact you in case of delays (such as
invalid billing information, item availability, etc).
PLEASE NOTE:UPS & FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so any order with a P.O. Box as the shipping address must be sent via USPS.
Shipping Rules and Regulations
- While most orders begin the shipping process
immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing.
Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and
the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified
by phone & email.
- If you have multiple items in your order, and anything
is on back-order, we can send out what we have immediately. Simply
select the appropriate checkbox during your checkout. We'll contact you
when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra

- If you cannot be available to sign for your package,
please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package
will be present at the designated shipping address.
- If your order is being delivered to an office
building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public
institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may
accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar
administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance
by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire
delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted

pay by credit card, we MUST be able to verify the transaction via our
merchant bank. If there are any discrepancies, we reserve the right to

Tracking An Order
- Packages shipped via FedEx can be tracked online at the FedEx website. Packages shipped via USPS can be tracked online at the USPS website.
Packages shipped via USPS may have limited tracking information before
arrival at postal sorting stations. Status may only show as "Electronic
Shipping Info Received" at some points. Notes will say "The U.S. Postal
Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to
expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the
USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be
provided if / when available. No further information is available for
this item." This is normal and means that the package is currently en
route to you.
- Once a package has been shipped out per your order
specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the
responsibility of the postal service that you selected. Please note
that this includes UPS, FedEx and USPS.
- Some shipment methods offer limited tracking
information that is only updated upon delivery. Status will only show as
"Electronic Shipping Info Received" in the meantime. Notes will say
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on
(shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not
indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery
status information will be provided if / when available. No further
information is available for this item." This is normal and means that
the package is currently en route to you.
- If your package does not arrive as planned, please
contact us for assistance! We are happy to help you locate the package
if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with
a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been
This will require:
- Customer must complete and return (via postal
mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt
(MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested
because the customer noted that the package was never received).
- By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer
agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and
cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received
after a replacement or refund has been issued.
- VitaDigest requires this form for our own
protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can
file a claim.
Postal fraud is a serious crime and VitaDigest is
obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of
packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a
free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is
absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a
replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the
