Ingredients per serving: Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate), Bromelain, Nettle leaf extract (5:1), Standardized Turmeric rhizome extract, Quercetin, Standardized Milk Thistle seed extract, Standardized Grapeseed extract in a 250 mg proprietary blend of Pueraria root, Coptis rhizome, Schisandra fruit extract (5:1), Oatstraw herb extract (10:1), Dandelion root and Ginger rhizome.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules, two to three times daily. For best results take between meals. Do not use during pregnancy unless recommended by a health care professional. For use by adults and children over 12 years of age.
