Ingredients:

300 mg of Cascara Sagrada bark in a 830 mg proprietary blend of Brown rice bran, Rhubarb rhizome, Buckthorn bark, Gentian root, Anise seed, Fennel seed, Goldenseal root and Oregon Grape root.

Directions:

For adults and children 12 years of age or older. Take 2 tablets in a single daily dose at bedtime. Children under the age of 12 consult a health care professional before using. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
