Shipping Information

We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by 12:00PM PST (3:00PM EST), to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day. If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. VitaDigest offers United States Postal Service (USPS), Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and UPS, FEDEX Ground. The shipping method depends on the level of service you select when you check out. Therefore the time you received your products depend on the level of service you select.

For Ground Shipping (US Only) Shipping will be calculated at Checkout.

Note: Some (very few) heavier/larger items include an additional handling surcharge fee and are indicated on the specific product page and at checkout.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands are shipped using 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping only. If you select Ground the Free Shipping does not apply. Please note, if your address is a PO Box, APO, FPO your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. The Free Shipping does not apply.

IMPORTANT: For products subject to Free Shipping - we apply UPS, FEDEX or USPS Ground Shipping, which takes up to 4 - 6 business days for delivery. Please do not confuse with overnight shipping. If you want faster shipping you need to select the NEXT DAY or 2ND DAY shipping method. The free ground shipping promotion does not cover NEXT DAY or 2ND DAY air shipping and you will be charged even if product qualifies for our free ground shipping promotion.


Most packages reach their destination within 4-6 business days. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number. By tracking your package at, or our simplified Track Your Order Page. With this tool you will know what day your package will arrive. Please remember, UPS and FEDEX does not count Saturday or Sunday as a business day.

Just for your assurance before you fill out the customer information and payment information the shipping charge will appear on the page. automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you select to check out. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost to your purchase before you actually need to submit your payment information. There will be no "Hidden" charges. If the shipping fee is not displayed when you place the order, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost before we charge the order.


If the incorrect shipping address is entered the customer will be charged a $10.00 address correction fee. This fee will be charged once FEDEX has notified us of the address correction and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will not be notified of the charge.


If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an "authorized" address. We verify all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Due to American Express policy, we ONLY ship goods to Billing Address. No Exception!


We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or another safe area, but it is solely up to your FEDEX/USPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. If your package was delivered, and the shipping company confirmed it - we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.

MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO) ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Your package is ONLY insured to your military address. is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, it cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims can take up to 5-6 weeks to process per USPS regulations.


Due to the nature of these products, there are special handling time on novelty, personal massager, furniture, lingerie and seasonal items (costumes). Please refer to the individual item page in regard to the handling time. reserve the right to cancel any orders that are unable to be verify or process through our automated system. reserve the right to refuse any order under reasonable circumstances.
